What counts as a successful conversion?
A folder counts as successfully converted if it contains at least one complete trial, which must include:
- Images
- RT Dose
- RT Structure
- RT Plan
Common Scenarios
- Varying folder sizes: A folder with 1 trial costs 1 credit. A folder with 5 trials and 12 plans also costs exactly 1 credit.
- Folders in a TAR archive: If a single TAR file contains 10 separate patient folders, converting them costs 10 credits.
- Same patient, different folders: If a single patient appears in 3 separate folders, converting them all costs 3 credits.
You are billed strictly by the patient folder, not by the amount of data inside it.
